Teaflow ("we", "us") provides an iOS mobile app that helps you find focus and stay in flow. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Account data such as email and display name (if you sign in).
App usage data for analytics and crash diagnostics (aggregated).
Optional content you add (e.g., notes, preferences).

How we use information

Provide and improve app functionality.
Personalize your experience and remember preferences.
Maintain security and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app (e.g., analytics/hosting) and only to the extent necessary.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon deletion request, we will delete your information within five (5) business days. Backups and logs are purged on their normal rotation schedules.
